At Bethany's Jewelry we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.

At Bethany’s Jewelry we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied you may be able to return your items for refund, in-store credit or exchange. Please read through the following information carefully before attempting to return or exchange your product. If you do not comply with our store policies, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
Return Policy
Regular Priced Items:
Regular priced non customized personalized or special order items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days, after 15 days and up to 30 days you may exchange your item or apply for store credit only.
Sale items: Items purchased at a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 30 days.
Custom, Personalized or Special Order Items: All sales are final for Custom and special orders, no returns or exchanges.
Estate Items: Estate or preowned jewelry and watches are purchased in "as is" condition no guarantee, no returns.
Condition of Returned Item
All returns must be in perfect unworn condition.
Return Procedure

If your item is eligible for return, please contact us at bethany@bethanysjewelry.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
Packaging and Ship us your Item:
Once your return is approved, you may bring it back in-store or ship it to us at your own expense unless otherwise instructed. If mailing your return, please pack the item carefully in its original Bethany’s box with proper packing materials. If you don’t have the original box, use a medium-sized, sturdy shipping box. Do not include the business name on the outside of the package to help prevent theft. Include a copy of the original receipt.
We recommend shipping your return via registered post or FedEx and purchasing insurance for the full value of the item. If you choose not to insure the package, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Please remember that we cannot be held responsible for returns without tracking or delivery confirmation showing they were received at our store.
